Hi stefi,
At the estate office they have a print out of the standard conditions for any work carried out in the estate. In there you have all you need to carry out the works following the corporations procedures. I warn you in advance...be patient

we had our boiler replaced last year and can highly recommend the engineer we used. He does lots of work on the estate. Send me a message if you'd like his info.
