This is a proposed bar for the roof of the new block of flats on the RCS site. Someone suggested it to me and I can't remember who, but thanks if you read this. I'm happy to promote it, the bar would replace the one that we recently lost from the Community Building. I've noted what Fred Rodgers has written about rising costs, but I think proposals can still be made.
I copied the existing concrete topknot from Great Arthur House for the new block and turned it through 90degrees.The billiard table is badly drawn and in the wrong place. I think it would be the other way round and down one end. The bar could be an bout 11 m./37 ft long from wall to wall. There's a west facing circular window to catch evening sunlight.
