Does anyone in the first floor flats of Crescent House suffer as I do with the cold that permeates the flat in the winter because of the lack of insulation in the floor and the outer walls? I have mentioned this a few times to the technical team in the Barbican Estate Office and think it is on their agenda but not soon enough for me as each winter is more and more miserable. If you agree with me then please respond to this and I can take it forward with them.
