The elections for the GLERA committee will take place at the AGM on 11th June. All residents should have received (or receive this weekend) a ballot form. These can either be returned using the ballot box in the estate office by 10th June, or anonymously at the AGM.

A reminder of the aims and objectives of the association, taken from the constitution:

• To further the common community interests of all Residents of Golden Lane Estate and represent members in dealings with the City of London Corporation, and any other bodies pursuant to those community interests.
• To promote the maintenance and improvement of amenities affecting those members together with the monitoring of all charges.
• Maintain the private status of the Estate.
• The Association shall have the power to affiliate to anybody whose objectives are of benefit to the membership.
