Early morn leaf blower

Hello estate office 

So who's idea was it to book an early morning leaf blower? Wearing ear protection and a CIty of London uniform, he started up his leaf blower at 7.50am this morning at the back of cullum welch and the loud racket was echoing all over the estate.

I heard it in Crescent house, unfortunately the leaf blowing schedule trumps the residents rights especially if he's wearing a corp uniform.
