Exactly what I thought, Joe Stalin's 5 year plan and Mao's 5 year plan, lol, I have lived on this estate for nearly two decades, heard it all before, and speaking to the people doing the concrete testing its not looking good especially for Crescent House, it will be interesting what spin will be put on the results, lol.

unfourtunatly that time scale of Jan 2017 to 2018 doesn't relate to anybody living in Crescent house because they haven't found a solution for our heating systems yet so still no timescale on that. And it could be up to five years before the windows are finished yet I was told 99% sure that they would be started this year. Seriously where do they come up with this stuff.

The state of the concrete needs to be factored in, and what exactly does the term "window replacement scheme" mean? more of the same?
