Trades folk

Is there a list of trades - plumbers, electricians, kitchen fitters, bathroom/ shower fitters, Tilers, painters & decorators. Or/and a list of services - oven cleaning, window cleaners, spring cleaners, post decorating cleaning, baby sitters, etc

That people have or currently used and recommend. I think we know about trusted trades website but I am thinking of local people, maybe living onsite and known to people who have used them in /on Golden Lane Estate. Also any doing special rates for elderly tenants etc

Thought such a list would be useful for lots of people

What about Waites Living Space, despite the standard of the repairs and maintenance on the estate, a senior member of management was heard saying at the housing sub committee that there is a 97% satisfaction as a result of the most recent survey amongst the residents of GLE in regards of repairs and maintenance.
