I was wondering if anyone's heard about the proposed replacements for the above.

I live on the West side and am generally happy with the new windows in the lounge and bedroom (At least they've been done) but it's been obvious that those in the kitchen and bathroom need doing too.

I was on the 'Window Committee' such as it was and there might be something in what you say.

That was then though...

quelle surprise.

Well this is rather an old argument. However anyone buying a place on Golden Lane were / are well aware of condition of the Estate so I don't think it's terribly helpful  to complain about work needing to be done.  Personally speaking I don't see why there should be a cap.

I don't know if or when the bathroom and kitchen windows will be replaced, but it's something potential leaseholders might wish to consider before they buy. I'm no expert but it could be quite expensive.
