HI Lee,

That's ridiculous! I was told in 2013 they were sorting them in April 2014. 5 years later and still nothing. I am on the phone to them and e-mail every other day, trying to at least get the handles fixed, it's taken them 4 weeks to do 3 out of 4. I've been here most of my life, but things are getting worse! Thank you the update. 2025!?? That long?
