Hi Lee/Chris

I hopefully will be able to help you, i live in Cullum Welch house and had my bathroom refurbished last year and had a shower installed ,  i will dig out all the info for you and let you know, also you are more than welcome to come and see my bathroom and have a chat about some of the pitfalls i encountered so hopefully you wont have to. It needs careful planning as the space is so small.

I will post my details here as soon as i know my schedule of when i will be here.

Hi Christine

Hi tara thanks for that it would really help to do that before I invest any money
i live in crescent house, i have had a shower installed, the electric shower i have is quiet good, i have building experience, and i would be happy for you to see my bathroom and give any advice.
i live in crescent house, i have an electric shower installed, water pressure is absolutely fine, i know the water pressure through the internal plumbing is poor, but if you have an electric shower fitted it should only be plumbed to the mains in the flat, anywhere else and the shower will have bad, low and spuratic pressure and will not function properly, any proper plumber will tell you it has to be plumbed to the mains, and the fitting instructions for an electric shower will say this,  i know this as the corporation installed one incorrectly and the shower never worked properly , but now i have one connected to the mains in the flat and its fab, they also installed a cheap mixer tap with a shower attachment to the bath which hardly worked because of the low pressure, i changed the cheap hose they installed to a decent quality and now it functions reasonably well.
Hi Nathan thanks for that if possible i would like to come around and have a look at how you have done your shower as it would give me some more ideas for my place

Hi Lee,

If you're having an electric shower installed you need an electrician to do the wiring as well a plumber.
