With Christmas just around the corner and the season of goodwill upon us, the second Golden Lane Community Cafe will be themed around sharing and specifically the sharing of time and skills that goes with timebanking.

So the residents behind the Community Cafe will be sharing their baking skills again with some delicious cakes, although if anyone else wants to make and share something that would be very welcome. I will be sharing my very limited arts and crafts skills to show you how you can turn 'waste materials' into Christmas presents and decorations, and we hope that you will come and share your time with us. 

At the community cafe there will be information available on the St Luke's Timebank for anyone interested. St Luke's is a very local, very well run timebank that enables people to do someone a favour and receive some help with something in return. Come to the cafe on the 17th to find out more!
