Be Alert!!!

This may not be as Important as planting, or maintaining the greenery on this Estate..but I thought I'd better inform you guys, if your interested, that whilst returning from work on Tuesday Evening, some guy on a bike tried to snatch my phone whilst I was crossing the road at Baltic Street. This happened around 9.30pm, Fortunately he didn't manage to get the phone.
You can now go back to talking about what's more important.

Hi Bijou.  What you have said is very important, and thanks for the post.  The police have warned us about this in the past too.  I hope you are okay, as it must have been a very unpleasant experience.  Hope he fell off his bike, the thieving swine!
