Does anyone know what the facilities that will be offered in the redeveloped  community center  and when it’s going to be completed. .

I’m looking for ideally a local ( EC1) training room for about 20 people :
It would be needed for

2 consecutive days from 9am-5pm
twice a term over the next year 2018. (6 times in the year ) maybe a couple more .

Requirements needed would be 
PowerPoint with sound

Internet
Refreshments
Flip charts
Natural daylight

If anyone knows any reasonably priced venues I would appreciate it .
