Can we please be given more details about this.  I am concerned about the phrase saying 'there should be little or no disruption to residents and their ability to enjoy the estate'.  The words 'should be', are not very reassuring.  We, as residents, are constantly bombarded by people who do not live here, who do disrupt our 'ability to enjoy the estate', yet when we complain about it our views are ignored.  And, may I ask, have this film crew paid to use the Estate, and, if so, who is it paid to?
