This afternoon, after 2pm, it was noticed that the Estate Office was locked.  This appeared to be for quite a while.  There were no notices on the door to explain the closure, and I heard later that it was due to a staff meeting.  If this was the case, may I suggest that a notice should have been put on the door, out of courtesy to the residents, to inform them of any reason for the closure.

I have today been told by a resident that a member of the Estate staff informed them that the closure was not due to a staff meeting, but another issue.  Again, whatever the 'issue' is that may result in the Estate Office being closed for a length of time, a notice should have been posted on the door informing residents.
