On 17 October 2016, residents received a letter, from Estate management, stating that, because they were short of one officer in the Estate Office, due to Bryony leaving, and joining another department, the Estate Office would be closed during the lunch period, but that it would revert to normal office opening hours, once they had the full quota of staff.  They have had a replacement, Faz, for a while now, but I have been informed by some residents that the Estate Office still closes for over 2 hours during the lunch period, and they are not happy about that. This fact was confirmed when I contacted the Estate Office today.  Would Estate management please inform residents why they have not reverted to normal office hours, as was promised in the letter of 17 October?
