Having read the above I felt the need to add some comments.  Regarding the section 'Is your home pest free?', why is there a picture of a rat, when they are talking about mice?  And, since when did throwing out your old belongings have any effect on keeping mice at bay?  Unless mice are so clever they know the difference between new and old things!  And, maybe we should make sure we keep all the lights on at all times, as an answer to them liking dark places. 

Everyone knows how effective it is to have a cat around.  I don't know why the COL make out they have a 'policy' of no cats when they have known for years that they are here. 

And, finally, why do we need permisssion to cut back or remove our plants?  It seems that these days we need permission for so many things.  I thought we were living in our home, and not a prison!
