Having read the above summer edition for this year I was somewhat bemused by the 'You said we did' part.  As the poor residents of Great Arthur House are still waiting for their new window replacements, which works were due to start in August, but did not, why would they want the existing windows cleaned?  That's about as useful as rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic!
I don't recall seeing them being done anyway.  And, how could all that lot be done by window cleaners attending on just one day, hanging over the roofs by rope held cradles?
However, Crescent House windows were apparently cleaned by someone holding an extra long pole.  Unfortunately, some residents, including myself reported back that the job had not been carried out.
We are still waiting!

If the City of London really were interested in 'You said we did', then why have they not listened and started the works to Great Arthur House, and repaired and maintained, and repainted the rest of the Estate?  They can't even sort out Hatfield House Lawn!  Apparently, they have been outsmarted by a fox who digs up their so called 'repairs' to the holes.

What about a section titled , You said, we did nothing, or , You said we ignored you,

and the reasons why we did nothing or ignored you?

Good one Albert!
