Parking Enforcement Vans in Fann St.

Has anyone else noticed that over the past few months Da Vinci, the firm which (I think) enforces the parking restrictions in the City has been using the Fann St area as a place to park a number of their vans, often on double yellow lines and at all times of the day and night.

it has been happening for a long time they parked so tight up to a car i had a few weeks ago i couldnt get out. I think its a real cheek them parking there and also they are always reving the engines early in the morning.

Thanks Jacqui, have raised the issue with Gareth Moore one of our Common Councillors and am waiting for a reply.
