Am I wrong or is this low priority, it has been well over a month, first published on this website on the 29th May:
Weekly Estate Bulletin – Golden Lane Estate.
Week ending 29 May 2015
Communal Repairs:
Crescent House
Intermittent fault with main entrance door to block - SEA attended again on 28.5.15 and carried out a thorough check on the lock. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic the lock will need to be replaced with a high endurance lock which SEA has ordered today and they will install when it is delivered

Nathan, I agree. Its very poor service. Unfortunately, as this web page can be seen by anybody, am worried that advertising this lapse in security may put us more at risk than we already are.
It was published on this website by the estate office on the 29th of May, I think it's the repairs and maintenance that are putting us at risk by not prioritising this serious and on going issue, and the fact that they have left it like this for well over a month. I recall that advice was given for residents to challenge strangers trying to enter blocks with no fobs for the communal doors, a very dangerous thing to do :
The 52-year-old victim was stabbed to death as he went into his own home in Enfield, North London.
Scotland Yard says five boys - all believed to be aged 13 and 14 - have been arrested on suspicion of the killing and are being held in custody.
Police were called to a residential block in The Broadway, Enfield, at around 7.50pm on Sunday night, following reports that a man had been stabbed.
Officers and London's Air Ambulance attended, but the man was pronounced dead at 8.37pm.
The Met said this morning it is thought he was involved in a "verbal altercation with a group of males" in their mid-teens as he tried to get into the block where he lived.
The victim, who was with a woman, continued into the block but was followed by two of the group before he was stabbed.
Detective Chief Inspector Neale Baldock said: "Our initial enquiries have established that there was a supervised party taking place at another address within the block and the group of males were trying to gain access to this.
"The victim and this group were not known to each other - what started as a minor verbal altercation has escalated into a shocking act of violence."
Detectives believe they know who the victim is, but formal identification is yet to take place.
The man is believed to have lived on the second floor of the building with his partner, who is thought to work as a street cleaner for the local council.
One resident of the sixth floor believes he knew the victim, whom he described as Irish.
He said: "If it is the guy I think it is, he was a lovely guy. He was really hard-working. He was a construction worker. I talk to him all the time. He's a good guy. We talk about what's been happening in the building.
"His partner is a street cleaner for the council. By the way she walks she has some sort of disability."

With any luck a burglar would break into a hoarders flat and get trapped in an avalanche.

A hoarder died after it is believed he became trapped inside his flat by piles of his possessions as a massive fire ripped through his home.
It is believed that Robert Crane, 61, a talented musician, was trapped in his seventh floor flat by hoarded items including guitars and amps as the blaze took hold in Kingsdown, Bristol.
Neioghbours, who paid tribute to the 'kind and caring' man, said they had tried on several occasions to get him help to clear his flat.
Robert Crane died after a fire broke out at his flat. Around forty fire-fighters battled the blaze at a block of homes in Kingsdown, Bristol. He was aid to have been trapped inside his flat by piles of his possessions
it is thought Mr Crane, known to neighbours as Bob, was unable to escape the flames due to the amount of clutter in his home.
Susan Hill, 40, who lived directly below him, said: 'He was a lovely bloke, really kind and caring.
'Unfortunately he probably did get trapped in there. The council had been told time and time again and they just seem to have done nothing.
'It was no good just talking to him. Something needed to be done. People said he needed to go to a residential place to be looked after properly.'
More than 100 people were evacuated from the tower block in Kingsdown, Bristol, after the fire broke out.

Around 40 fire-fighters battled the flames at around 11am on Saturday morning. Crews were unable to reach Mr Crane, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another resident, Richard Angove, 46, who lives on the fourth floor of the building with his two children, said that it was a miracle no one else was hurt during the fire,
He said: 'It was terrible.
'There was rubbish everywhere in there. Amps and guitars were stacked up and the corridor was virtually blocked.
'I had complained to the council but nobody helped him. They had been up there to try and clean it out but I don’t know what happened.

A spokesperson for Avon Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that an investigation into the fire was underway but that it had not yet concluded
Neighbours say Mr Crane, who lived alone, hoarded all kinds of things - including piles of guitars and amps. They paid tribute to a 'kind and caring' man, who 'didn't have a bad bone in his body'
'I thought before that he’s going to kill someone or kill himself one day. I just find it a disgrace that it has come to this.'

It is thought that Robert had lived in the property for around 14 years.
A spokesperson for Bristol City Council added: 'This has been a tragic incident and our thoughts are with everyone involved.
'Before the fire service establishes the cause of the fire and the outcome of any subsequent inquest is published it would be inappropriate for the council to comment on how or if the fire could have been prevented.'
It is very sad that this poor man did not get the help he should have had. Sadly, we also have a few 'hoarders' living here. Anyone who is vulnerable, in whatever way, should have a lot of support, and understanding. An illness does not always mean its only a physical problem. Mental issues can also be very 'painful'. I know. I believe that more training is needed for some council staff, who lack compassion and have no idea how to deal with those residents who suffer in this way.

During the week (wed or thur) around 6 am there was a full scale arrest of a group of males who were caught by police inside Crescent House (near the bike shed steps).
Hi Linda. Am trying to work out exactly where that is, and I live in Crescent House. Any idea what they were up to?
