This is a plan of my scheme for the RCS site. The red indicates the block of flats, the orange is the school, and the green the sunken court. There's an overlap between the school and the court, which is maybe the classrooms having their own terrace at this level onto the open space. The dotted orange line at the west end of the space is the sunken school hall/dining room, with its roof available as public space at ground level. This would be in addition to the 20m.x20m. square on the southside of the flats.
