Hello Estate Office and barbican police teamwho do we call when people are setting off coloured smoke cannisters in the carpark under Cullum Welch House? It travels through my flat even with the windows closed. On a daily basis this tennis court is in steady use by tennis players and coaches from 8am to 8pm.
