Hello Brigid. Thanks for the message of support. Much appreciated. I have spoken to my solicitor, and the Corporation have at last agreed to mediate with me over the garden issue. My solicitor backed them into a corner, as there is a court hearing next month and she told them she would tell the Court about their lack of responding. I also have a barrister, who is a QC, 2 fire reports which show the garden was never a fire hazard, and am obtaining a full medical report from my doctor, showing just how much stress I suffered over it. I intend to get the garden back, which will also help others, who have had their plants removed. The fight goes on!
