Help! I cant access my plants

Some one has pulled over all my plants. I see that there is a lock not a combination anymore. Has anyone got a key so I can rescue my plants? It is the plant section near the swimming pool. Can someone please message me if you have means to get in as I cannot go to the estate office in the week when they are open. Im at Cullum Welch House and the estate office asked us to move our plants ages ago from the balconies and have done nothing yet!ThanksMichelleSee More

Just paid an unaffordable service charge to find another bill for almost the same amount come through the door today - due in 8 days. This is supposed to be a mixture of social and affordable housing but it seems that the lease holders who may have bought under an affordable scheme many years ago are being priced out of living here. See More

The work has to be paid for somehow - tenants through their rent and leaseholders through their service level agreement.
