Hi Wendy. I'm Rob (who directed the video shot earlier this year on the estate). I'm sending out DVDs today. Could you please email me the best address for me to send the copy to? My email is rob@milkwood.tv. Thanks so much to all the residents for allowing the shoot to go ahead. I hope they like the film! Here is a great photo of the estate taken by our photographer. Feel free to use it for whatever you like but please credit OlliverMustillPhotography where possible. Thanks again! Rob.

I've got a full day Wednesday. I will be on the estate Tuesday morning, and could work from home on Friday. Are either of these times ok for you?

Dear Wendy,
I think it would be useful to meet when you are available next week. Daniel suggests using the space under Bowater to create a store similar to Basterfield and Bayer. However, as you know, bikes have recently been stolen from Bayer (including my own), and I think improved security would be necessary to make the stores usable. At the moment the only bikes left are the unused/broken ones. I don't see a way to improve security other than an additional key/swipe control on the door.
best wishes
dan

Hi Wendy
Just received a letter announcing that all bikes attached to railings in corridors etc will be removed.
I know this is necessary for health and safety reasons (as well as being clearlly stated in the leases etc). But I wonder have any alternative places been looked at for leaving bikes under cover.
They do exist on the estate.
I mentioned a while ago the space under Bowater which is currently empty. In other blocks (Bayer and Basterfiled these spaces are used for bikes). Could it not be opened up here too?
Are there any developments on this?
Please let me know if I can help in any way
Daniel
