The area by the Stanley Cohen rubbish bins looks like a council tip. Not even an attempt to put the rubbish neatly.

It was really bad. Even an old bed dumped there with it all. Thankfully it has gone now. Shame some people treat it like that

Totally agree Christine.  I just don't understand how thoughtless some people are.  Here, in in Crescent House, we often see dumped items on landings, despite clear notices about this!  And, yes, it does cause rodent problems.  And, everyone gets a letter threatening legal action over anyone keeping cats, despite the COL knowing full well cats have been on this Estate for years!  Have they nothing better to do, like sorting out the real problems on this Estate?

Good to hear but it's not fair on the Estate staff is it?

For sure.  I noticed signs were put up on the Crescent House landings, so hopefully that will discourage these people from dumping their rubbish there!

Am afraid, Steve, that some people just don't have the respect for others, and they are the minority who ignore such notices.

Can you believe that someone dumped a huge TV on one of the landings of CH.  Thankfully, it was gone when I checked later!!!
