All my electrics went of for 1 second or less and re started immediately, Crescent House, this is normal in heavy rain but usually happens the day after when the water works its way into the electrics, intercom system goes for a day or two, but usually dries out after. Its outside the flat somewhere along the cabling. My roof leaks in heavy rain, I gave up after the roofer had been 5 times and  did repairs on every visit.

It may have been that dodgy Santa Clause doing overtime staggering round on the roof delivering court orders for none payment of rent, or setting up a hide to do surveillance for the COL fraud department  on those criminal OAPs that might be sub letting their flats or worse.

It happened to me too!

Nathan, you might be right.  Poor old Santa, lurking on the roofs, doing his work for the COL, in the hope that his reindeers have been spared the 'glue factory'!

Yes, I had rain issues as well............leaking in via the dodgy sealant under one of my windows!  A visit to the Estate office is in order very soon!

Good luck with that one, please do keep us up dated on any progress, I for one am interested.

Will do Nathan.
