Thank you for this post Stefi. I also love living here, but have to agree with you that good management is needed in maintaining the Estate. Unfortunately, and I know from many years of experience, that is sadly lacking here! Good management involves being strong, and fair, and 'holding your hands up' if you have made a mistake!
