I saw a lady sitting on one, so did not want to have a close look to see if they were permanent.

Glad they are comfy! Friends of City Gardens asked the planners about whether seats would be OK and they said they had two in stock that would be free and promptly got them installed.
We are also planning to plant culinary herbs in the planters in April which will be available for anyone to snip and use. When would be a good day for anyone interested to get together for a planting session? We thought 5/6th April might be good?
