Can you answer my question?

I have seen Gt Arthur flats with the sliding wall open from the Window end of the room and the opposite, opening from the internal wall end.

Are these just whole sliding walls that can be opened from either end or is there a pattern with some flats opening at one , window end of the room and others at the other end?

I can, and I will, seeing as it's you...

There are eight flats on each floor (four down each side), the flats in the middle have walls that slide open at the window end, and the end flats open the other way.

I tend to leave mine open. It's a strange feature. I would prefer them in the Japanese style, but you can't have everything I suppose.

Why do you ask, if it's not too impertinent a question?

Thank you Nathan, we should do more of these audio-visual demonstrations.

the old inter-web is a marvellous thing.

:-)

And I have accepted - I think...

Try it again Christine, I've never been PM'd before.

Best wishes for your Jury Service Christine.  Hope its not too bad for you.  X
