Oh no.  Am so very sorry to hear this.  This is devastating news. My prayers for the poor family.  Don't know what to say.

We were visited about this yesterday by an officer from Bishopsgate police station, who noted the whole of City of London Police were on the case and they were trying to interview everyone on the Estate. I noted we were in at the time of the events but had heard and seen nothing. We were told the decreased was female, and as yet unidentified, but they weren't sure if 'foul play' was involved.

Yes, it appears so.  At first, I believed the Police had already arrested a man in connection with this, but, now seeing this sign, who knows?  Either way, its a terrible situation, and I feel very much for the family of this young woman who died in such an awful way.  I hope they catch whoever is responsible.
