Hello

I would like to ask the Estate Office why, considering half of Crescent House lights have been continuously on 24 hours a day, this was not mentioned in any of the weekly bulletins, especially as it has taken nearly FIVE WEEKS to rectify it?  This means that the residents will have a big bill for unnecessary lighting, that is entirely down to negligence on someone's part.  I trust management in the Estate Office will look into this, and make sure our service charge bills are amended. I have previously asked that this be done, but am still awaiting a response.  Very disappointing.
