we park in a garage under the podium next to Fann Street. In the past few months our car has been covered with sticky brick coloured dust which is proving hard to remove. Has anyone else had this.Continue

It appears that the City are backtracking on the proposal to crush the waste concrete on site with a machine working 4 hours a day for 5 days a week for 6 weeks with a noise output of between 93 and 102 decibels when the limit that they are supposed to be working to is 75 decibels.Following a GLERA lead campaign the Project team have thought again and we can breath a sigh of relief that it will not be happening.We have said all along that we support social housing and a school on the site but…See More

COLPAI Working ng Group Meeting

I attended this months working group meeting on Tuesday. "Airbnb type lets are not allowed by the City either in their tenancy agreements or long leases. Any such lets that are causing nuisance should be reported to Michelle at the Estate Office."
