You get a discount as a resident at any time of the day, not just the off peak hours.  Provided you go twice a week or less it still works out cheaper than Ironmonger Row with an Izz pass.

Which offer is this? Is it the £39/month one?

It is not a membership or offer, but the cost per swim for residents is £3.25.  

Hi,

I have just cancelled my off-peak membership today. I have joined this facility on January 2013 as a Golden Lane Estate resident but the first two months, I have been overcharged from my direct debit. Previously I spoke to an employee about this on the phone and he assured me that it is fixed and will not continue but beginning of this month same thing happened! Overcharged (almost twice!)

So I cancelled my membership today and trying to refund my money at the moment.

I would like to know why you ask for comments, display them on a board inside the sports centre promise they will be actioned but dont follow through.

I have asked and put in written requests several times now.

  • Regarding extra hooks in changing room showers
  • shelf to place shampoos and comb
  • the ladies showers drainage is very poor and collects hair and the floors are a bit slimey the last time I went in the shower.

Love the staff friendly and helpful

Love the gym and pool where have all the excercise cards gone from the pool?

PS Virgin are offering a week free pass at the moment
