Ours is in a cream plastic box just behind the front door.

Thanks,,Paul. That's where I'd have thought, but I can only find the fuse box behind the door... Hmmm...

In case anyone was interested, it turns out that some of the flats in Hatfield House, including mine, have electricity meters in the basement (accessible by the Estate Office staff).

Saul, its the same in Crescent House too.  We can't get to them either.
